COD POLICY 
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure smooth operations and avoid misuse, the following terms apply at JiwaCouture 
1. COD is available only within the UAE
2. A confirmation via WhatsApp or call is mandatory before dispatch
3. Orders without confirmation may be automatically cancelled

COD Restrictions
COD is not available for:
Custom-stitched items
High-value orders (above AED 250aed) 

❌ Refusal of Delivery
If a customer refuses to accept a COD order:
The customer may be blacklisted from future COD orders
Future orders may require full prepayment for such cases
