At Jiwa Couture, every piece is carefully curated and, in many cases, specially prepared for you. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return and exchange policy to ensure quality and fairness.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only, no refunds.
Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Item must be:
Unused
Unworn
With original tags and packaging intact
Exchange is allowed only for:
Size issues (for ready-made items)
Damaged or incorrect item received
👉 Exchange is subject to stock availability
❌ No Return / No Refund Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances, except in case of a verified defect.
🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
1. Custom-stitched or altered products
2. Pre-ordered or made-to-order items
3. Sarees with fall & pico done
4. Items purchased during sale or promotion
5. Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
⚠️ Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos via WhatsApp or email
Once verified, we will arrange replacement
Shipping for Exchange
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
Re-shipping charges will also apply for exchanged items
Condition for Acceptance
We reserve the right to reject exchange if:
Product shows signs of use
Tags are removed
Packaging is damaged
📌 Important Notes
Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences
Minor weaving or print irregularities are part of handcrafted products and not considered defects

Order Cancellation Policy
At Jiwa Couture, we begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order
Cancellation requests after this time may not be accepted, especially if the order has been:
Processed
Packed
Dispatched
🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders
1. Custom-stitched or altered items
2. Made-to-order or pre-order products
3. Festive collections (including Onam special collections)
Refund for Cancelled Orders
If eligible, refunds will be processed as store credit only
No cash or bank refunds will be issued
